Adapter Of power inverter DC to AC of 12v-220v 1000w

Author: Zaithyn Galter

The automobile voltage converter achieves a conversion of a constant input voltage DC of 12[V] in to the alternating voltage AV 220B. The kind of output signal is sinusoid with the frequency of 50 [Gts]. Converter is intended for the connection to the automobile storage battery of the electrical appliances of different power of workers from the network with the alternating voltage. 1000W+USB 12V-220V Power Inverter
With the choice of the model of converter it is necessary to think about the total necessary power of the instruments two times only connected to it. The connected load must not be equal or exceed the maximum permissible power of converter. So it is necessary to think about the special features of the consumption of electrical power by different instruments. Roughly it is feasible to divide electric appliances in to 2 groups.
a€¢   The first group this electric appliance with the beginning also at the beginning of work of which the short-time rating of consumption several times exceeds nominal yield. To this group relate for example the refrigerators, pumps, compressors, electric saws. For the instruments of this group it is necessary to pick converter according to the maximum permissible power of gizmo.
a€¢   The second group these are electric appliances, beginning power does not exceed nominal. They include the TV sets, computers, lamps, heaters, as well as so gizmo with collector type engines (drill, detachable machines, & planes). For the instruments of this group it suffices to pick converter with the maximum permissible power a tiny exceeding nominal yield of gizmo.
a€¢   By the separate group it is feasible to isolate SHF- to bake, which requires the two-fold reserve of power of converter with respect to the nominal furnace output.
The models of converters having output power to 300 W are supplied with the joint of connection to the rosette of automobile, model of great capacity are supplied with terminals for the connection directly to the storage battery.

  1. Raymond Houser says:

What type of electrical wire should I use for 12v dc motor?
I am using a 12v dc motor with a DPDT switch and a 12v A23 battery. What thickness or type of electrical wire should I use?

  2. Tom Hume says:

would a 12v dc motor speed controller PWM limited to 30a max be ok to control a 14.4v cordless drill motor?
Could i use a 12v dc motor speed controller PWM, limited to 30a max, to control a 14.4v motor i salvaged from a cheap cordless drill, when i power it with a 12v battery or would the current draw of the motor exceed 30a and wreck the controller?

  3. K.Prakashchandra says:

You have not furnished the wattage or current .Divide current by 2.5 to get the sectional area of the conductor which is usually pvc insulated and of 1.1 Kv rating.Single core is better

  4. capt_turk says:

It shouldn’t be a problem. Most small DC motors have a fairly large voltage range tolerance. A bit higher voltage would actually be easier on the motor than would a low voltage. Remember, voltage and current are always proportional. The higher the voltage, the lower the current draw. Current draw is what causes heat production, not voltage. The problem with higher voltages than rated are, one, you may exceed the voltage rating of the insulation in the winding and have a flash over. Two, the higher speeds that the armature turns may exceed the rpm ratings of the bearings and cause bearing failure.

  6. DON says:

It has been my observation that cells used for building battery packs for things like cordless drills all seem to have about 2000-3000 mAH capacities. Of course the size and number of cells in a 12 volt (nominal) pack will vary with the chemistry. Your motor draws a fraction of the current that a drill motor under load would use. At a 30% duty cycle, your motor would average .09 amps or 90 mA. You could reasonably expect about 20 hours of use from a fully charged battery in good condition without fully depleting it.

1HP, 12v DC motor speed controller at high torque?
I need to control the speed of this 1HP, 12v DC motor used to transport a small tram up to 2,000 lb. I would like to have some kind of joystick or rheostat to control the sped and/or recharge the 12v battery when reducing the speed and breaking.

  8. Teddy says:

How long could I expect to run a 12V DC motor (0.3 amps) off a battery pack?
I would like to run this motor intermittently using a portable drill-type rechargeable battery pack, maybe lithium-ion. How long could I expect it to function with say a 30 percent on/70 percent off duty cycle before it drains the battery?

  9. Andee says:

Will using 15V on a 12V DC Motor overheat and damage the coils of the DC Motor?
Will that much of a difference in voltage from the recommended voltage efficiency of this 12V DC motor affect it much at all over time? OR are the effects negligible? For larger voltages and larger DC motors I understand this would obviously be crucial for operation over long periods of times, but for a small project, what are the consequences, if any?
