If I were I’d you use your storage heaters for ‘most’ of your heating and then ‘top’ with a fan heater when you need to.
I may not have the correct product, but the Wal-mart here has them. It is a flat surface with a heated surface for melting wax. Try Wal-Mart. Also if you can find them, there are desk top “coffee warmers” that serve the same purpose.
