Wireless Smoke Detectors Importance

An interconnected system of wireless smoke detectors can protect your entire property. This would be very difficult if not impossible with wired smoke detectors.

What is a smart touch button?

This is one feature of a wireless smoke indicator. It is important in that it helps in determining the status and performance of the device. It has a green LED that flashes to help a homeowner know which alarm system is activated at the moment. A red LED flashes if there are malfunctions or system problems needing to be checked and attended. This could also signal a low battery mode on one of the interrelated alarm systems.

    A question about electromagnetic fields and generators?
    Hi, I just had a quick question about generating multiple electromagnetic fields from a single generator.

    I want to create a couple small electromagnetic fields for a project. However, I only have a single generator. Is there any way I can “split” the voltage to several different electrodes to create several electromagnetic fields, instead of one large one?

    To my knowledge they aren’t illegal. But you would almost certainly be responsible for any damage it caused.
    The R/C car might not be a good target. EMP vulnerability comes from length of exposed conductors – in a regular car the computers are interconnected by wiring many feet long. In EMP tests transistor radios that were operating strictly off batteries were essentially immune to practical levels of EMP. But your computer and home electronics may be destroyed – EMP is not all that directional. Not really a good toy.

    i’m not really sure if you can split the voltage generator, but since you only have one single generator, you should try making one.
    i did a project where i had to create electromagnetic fields too, and i didn’t have a generator, so i made some instead, and they worked really well!

    google “how to make a generator” if you want to make your own, and then it will show you some steps on how to make one.

    1.Describe the characteristics and principles of operation of a DC electromagnetic generator. You should discuss the use commutators and brush gear and illustrate your answer with sketches or other graphic images.

    2.Describe the characteristics and principles of operation of an AC electromagnetic generator. For example, you should discuss the relative motion between conductors and magnetic fields, production and regulation of AC using field/ slip-ring control. Give examples of how the basic principles of AC generation are used in electrical power generating systems.

    Induction means ” influence” . The magnetic fields of the magnets in a generator influence the electric fields that come from the charged particles we call electrons. When the magnetic fields are moved ( when the generator is spun ) the moving magnetism pushes on the electrons ( and they push back on the magnetic fields ( making the generator tough to turn… this is why you need waterfalls or steam jets to make the generator spin ), shoving the electrons along the wire. This is the electric current and the process is called induction.
