Hydrogen For Cars, Make a Hydrogen Generator For Your Car
Did you know that there is a way to cut your gas consumption in half? I’m talking about Hydrogen for cars a method where plain water is used to produce HHO gas to use as a supplement to your regular gasoline.
If you make a Hydrogen Generator for your car you can expect to get gas mileage improvements of up to 50%, this is because HHO gas burns with up to 3 times more power than ordinary gasoline. And when you mix the two together by using a homemade Hydrogen Generator you will get a much more fuel efficient engine and so get more mpg.
Hydrogen for cars is not a new concept, in fact it has been around for a long time, but due to pressure from the big oil companies it has been suppressed and kept out of the public eye. People have been making homemade Hydrogen Generators for their cars and trucks for years with great results. Now because of the latest oil crisis the technology has had resurgence and has come on in leaps and bounds. This technology has come so far in the past few years that it is now possible for anyone to make a Hydrogen Generator cheaply and easily.The principle behind a homemade Hydrogen Generator is a simple process called electrolysis. This process uses the electricity from your vehicles battery to break a small amount of water down into its two main molecules (Hydrogen and Oxygen). A by-product of this is HHO or Brown’s gas, a gas that is highly flammable which is then mixed with your regular fuel and burned in your engine in the usual way.
You can make a Hydrogen Generator for your car very easily and also very cheaply. All the parts you need can be bought from local auto stores and hardware shops. You can also buy kits to put together a homemade Hydrogen Generator but these tend to be expensive and can work out to be ten times the cost of building one from scratch.
The easiest way to make a Hydrogen Generator is to use one of the downloadable manuals from the internet. These manuals give you full and detailed instructions of exactly what parts you need, and a step by step guide to put them together. They contain detailed diagrams and even videos to show you how to make a homemade Hydrogen Generator for your car or truck.
A homemade Hydrogen Generator will work on any make or model of car, truck, or Suv, and once installed you can expect to get great gas mileage improvements. It can also be removed from your vehicle very easily without causing any damage, so if you sell your car or truck you can keep it to use in your next vehicle.
All in all Hydrogen for cars seems to make a lot of sense, and as it is so easy and cheap to make a Hydrogen Generator for you car I can see it catching on in a big way. If you are interested and would like to make a Hydrogen Generator for your own car check out the top downloadable guides that I have reviewed on my website.

Do hydrogen generators improve gas mileage?
When you make a hydrogen generator for your car, it uses the electricity from your alternator to separate the water. But after it uses the power and the hydrogen is burned in the engine, doesn’t it just equal out in power intake and output?If it does why all the hassle? and if not, chemistry states that it’s the same energy to separate it and to burn it.
Is there a company that makes and sells wind turbines coupled with a hydrogen generator preferably in Europe?
I am trying to find out if there is a system (for sale) that delivers electricity from a wind turbine, and when there is no electric consumption another device creates hydrogen (through electrolysis). The hydrogen is stored and used later on for periods when there is not enough wind… The extra extra electricity can be “dumped” in the national grid after the tank is full. The system is for 2 3 houses max, there is enough space, and the area is suitable for wind turbines. Thanks.
The Neitherlands or Holland has something like that. (Just search the web)
That says it all… You can’t create energy by supposedly creating hydrogen and burning it again. In fact, there will be a net loss of energy, so the fuel economy will be worse.
A fishtank and some stainless steel flashing for a hydrogen generator?
I plan to run a 40 HP marine motor on a 15 kw generator, so I can switch off the grid. Until I get the circuitry to maximize the Ortho and Parahydrogen production, I’ll just pump HHO into the air intake. $10 in electricity for (hopefuly) less than $10 in gasoline.
Power Generator for travel trailer – alternative energy kinds like biodiesel or hydrogen or solar?
We have a 27′ older travel trailer we’ve parked in the woods. There is no water, no power, no electricity. We’d like to turn this old dinosaur into an experiment in off-the grid cottage (start off with trailer and build around it). One thing is a power generator. Does anyone know if biodiesel (i.e. vegetable oil) portable generators exist or if perhaps hydrogen generators? This would be a back up to a solar panel hooked up to the trailer battery. Also looking into how to build a well and septic system. Links to books or examples of websites or other resources would be nice. Piece of land we have is in Quebec. P.S. not sure which category to put this in, there’s nothing on alternative energy.
It won’t work.
it takes about 5 times the electricity to generate the H2/O2 gas then you could possibly get back by it’s combustion.
Is there any way to use hydrogen to produce electricity?
With all of the talk about energy and rising energy prices lately, I was wondering if there was any way to use hydrogen gas to produce electricity in a generator of some sort? Are there any places to go to research this?
You can burn it but that is low yeild or you can chemically combine it with oxygen and make electricity directly as they do in hydrogen powered cars,( but cars are not viable as hydrogen gas is not cheap to make or compress, has less embodied energy than other gas fuels and is very explosive). In space hydrogen and oxygen batteries have been used since the early space flights as they as reliable and able to produce high current at low temp and consistently until all the gas is used up. Hello,
I find your question very cool as alternative fuels are one of the hot topics of our times.
Ok, I’ll list the most popular alternative fuels and some chunks of information and useful links alongwith them:
1- CNG i.e Compressed Natural Gas.
In India’s capital city Delhi, the public transport vehicles have switched to CNG. It not only helps reduce pollution but, also is good for the economy. Your country, Canada is one of the largest producers of natural gas in the world.
I think you folks might try switching to CNG. I recommend CNG if you have a nearby retail CNG gas-station. CNG cylinders might also be available there.

2- Biodiesel
An excellent choice for alternative fuel this one. I didn’t need to research much about it as there is a website called biodiesel-canada.org on the internet. Here is the link:

You can find almost everything you might wanna know there.
Here is another site with awesome info on biodiesel and ethanol-

A useful link from greenfuels.org -

Unfortunately, I don’t think biodiesel generators exist as it is produced from organic activities e.g. decaying of leaves etc. You’ll have to buy the cylinders from biodiesel stations.
Here is some more info about this :

Now, if you’d like to “brew” biodiesel in your own backyard, here is a web-page you’ll love :

And if you’d like to see some papers and books about biodiesel, here is the link:

An advice: Please, be sure that the use of biodiesel has been approved by the manufacturer of your vehicle.

4- Hydrogen
I am afraid, Hydrogen (as an alternative fuel) too might not be available through generators. You’ll have to go to fuelling stations like this one to run your vehicle with Hydrogen gas :

Here is the ultimate website for some who wants discussion papers, CDs, accesibility, info, etc on Hydrogen as an alternative fuel, check it out :

Here is a great online journal about alternative fuels:

You might also be interested in alternative fuels other than those listed above. Here is a list of some other interesting alternative sources of energy :
* Electricity,
* Ethanol,
* The p-series,
* Propane,
* E85 (E85 is an alcohol fuel mixture of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline, by volume) and
* LNG (Liquified Natural Gas).
