How can we manipulate precious metals for the following purposes?

there is also such a relationship between the uncertainty of the energy and the uncertainty in the time.
thus, an electron positron pair can pop out of the vacuum and then annihilate again if the time and total energy satisfy this uncertainty principle…
basically, then, quantum fluctuations exist, and can in principle lead to a non-zero average energy of the “vacuum”…
