Magnetic Generator - Viable Home Power Generators?

By Creztor Tessel

Homemade generators are one solution to anyone who is looking for a way to create and power their own home. However, are you looking for an alternative kind of generator that you can run your house one? Does the idea of creating almost free electricity that is completely clean interest you? The more mainstream generators burn gas or diesel and are both noisy and heavy polluters. While this might be ok for someone in remote or areas specifically designed to handle these by products it isn't much use if you are looking to setup a generator in your house or apartment with the intention of partially powering your own home. Magnetic generators work in a similar way to traditional generators but produce none of the pollution or other negative effects.

Traditional generators take gas or diesel and burn it to produce electricity to power your house or other appliances. Magnetic generators work in a similar way. They still product electricity that you can use to power your home but they do not require any kind of external energy or power source to create their electricity. There is no need for gas or diesel and they literally power themselves. How can they do this? They do this through the use of magnets. The magnets allow the generator to create power indefinitely. They are able to operate indefinitely without any external power source thanks to the nature of magnets. Magnets make the generators perpetual machines. This meaning that once a magnetic generator starts it will continue to operate without ever stopping.

Perhaps the biggest advantage of a magnetic generator over the more traditional generators is that they are eco-friendly. There are no pollutants or any harmful byproducts produced by these generators. This is great for someone who is looking to create their own electricity and power their home. Another benefit is that they will operate in almost any kind of conditions. It won't matter if the weather where you live is very hot or very cold, this has absolutely no effect on magnetic generators and they will work without any problem. The final and probably most obvious advantage of these generators is that you can finally produce your own electricity. They will continue to operate for years and most people experience savings on their current power bill by 30% and more.

Generators are a great way to create and power your own home, but the more traditional kinds aren't much use for someone who is looking to power their own house. They product a lot of noise and other harmful pollutants in addition to being expensive to run. Magnetic generators are the perfect solution for someone looking to create their own free electricity. They work in any environment and will allow you to stop wasting money on your power bill. If you'd like to make your own 100% eco-friendly electricity that you can use to power your very own home, then look no further than a magnetic generator. Not only will you save money but you'll also help the planet.

can you run a generator to power your home all day and nite?
will a gernerator break down if i run it all day and night to run my home

If you are really worried about it, you can ground each appliance by attaching a copper wire with a sheet metal screw to the case or frame of the appliance and run the other end to earth ground.

Hurricane Ike knocked out power at home. I got a generator but doesn’t know what engine oil to use?
I got a Powertrain 4500watt portable generator. The manual only says engine oil… doesn’t say what kind? Can somebody help ASAP? Thanks! I googled Powertrain, no luck… even called the store. Store people didn’t know!
    P.S. I have a 10W30 engine oil for my car… can I use that?

What to do when using a generator to power appliances in a home which does not have ground wires? ?
I’m using extension cords to power appliances. What is the shock danger caused by if the generator is not grounded?

Is this simply from floating potential difference between generator chassis and the earth ground? How would this reach a lethal voltage? I can see if the live wire in an appliance was shorted to safety ground, but are there other circumstances which could prove to be lethal?

10W30 should be fine. Use a reputable brand of oil, not the 99 cent stuff from WalMart. You should change the oil after every 25 hours operating time.

    Yes.
Especially if you have a basement sump pump and there is water in it all the time. The generators they are making now are awesome machines and provide piece of mind for a lot of different reasons. Just be prepared for your gas bill when you have an extended power outage!
Make sure the generator is installed correctly and meets all codes… use a contractor who has done several. Talk with them to find out what maintenance is required / tests that need to be done periodically. Don’t just ignore the thing or it will not work when you need it… now what good would that do.

Can we connect to our own power generator?
Let’s say we bought our own electric power generator.

How can we disconnect our home power supply from the government electric power supply and reconnect it to our own electric power generator?

    Can it ever be done?

Will a Guardian automatic natural gas powered generator increase the value of my home?
I’m thinking about having a Guardian automatic natural gas powered generator installed at my home to protect against power outages and I want to know if it will make my home more attractive to potential buyers. I have a basement with a sump pump so I am, naturally, concerned about power outages.

  9. MarkG says:

You can run a generator 24/7. But it will need to be serviced occasionally and it will eventually wear out. If you must run without interruption then you will need at least two generators. One gen is running while the other is serviced and acts as a stand by unit.

In addition you then need switch gear and instrumentation to synchronize the two generators (parallel) to transfer the load without interruption when shifting operation from one gen to the oter.

In essence you can become your own power company if you want to.

  10. Warren914 says:

Of course you can create your own electricity. There are many homes that function perfectly well off grid. Ideally the home would be designed for this from the start to take advantage of solar heating, placement of PV panels for battery charging, collection of rain water, etc. Retrofitting an existing home can be more difficult but can still be done.
Powering your home from a mechanical generator will prove noisy and very expensive. It can be done but is not economically feasible except in rare installations.

If you’re planning to install a generator to supply backup power to your home read through my home generator page for ideas.
